Maximum Limits of Liability:
Section 1- Public & Products Liability
- AUD 20,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate
- AUD 100,000 each and every Occurrence in respect of Property in the Insured’s Care, Custody or Control
Section 2 – Professional Indemnity
- AUD 10,000,000 any one claim and in the aggregate
Endorsement 4 – Molestation Extension
- AUD 500,000 in the aggregate in respect of civil defence costs and expenses
Retroactive date – Unlimited
