What does it cover?
AHRI ProCover protects members from allegations of professional negligence and will assist members whether in consulting or employee HR roles if for example they are named in a breach of the Fair Work Act. The cover has a substantial $5,000,000 limit for any one claim and $10,000,000 in the aggregate.
How does it work?
Automatically! The cover is provided as a membership benefit by AHRI, and all qualifying AHRI members obtain automatic coverage whether in employment or consultancy roles.
