Tim is a highly experienced insurance professional with more than 45 years in the industry, specialising in delivering tailored insurance solutions for professional industry associations. His expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including engineering, project management, IT consulting, human resources, management consulting and mining.
Having served as Managing Director for over 20 years, Tim has played a pivotal role in the company’s sustained growth, leading the business through strategic partnerships, acquisitions and ongoing innovation. In his role as Executive Chair, he remains focused on supporting and mentoring the next generation of leaders while helping drive the continued success and expansion of the business.

With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, he has built his career on developing people, fostering meaningful relationships and driving business growth.

As Financial Controller of Austbrokers Countrywide, Kim has played a key role in driving and safeguarding the company’s financial performance for more than 12 years. Through the implementation of enhanced financial reporting systems and processes, with a strong focus on identifying profitability drivers, they have helped deliver significant cost efficiencies while ensuring critical financial information remains accurate, accessible and secure.
A Certified Practising Accountant with broad expertise in accounting and taxation, Kim leads a highly capable finance team that provides timely and meaningful financial insights across the business. By equipping staff with a greater understanding of their portfolios and supporting leadership with reliable financial information, they help empower informed decision-making and contribute to the strategic growth and success of Austbrokers Countrywide.

Mark brings more than 36 years of insurance industry experience and is widely recognised for his expertise in complex risk transfer programs and strategic risk management. As a Director of Austbrokers Countrywide for 18 years, Mark has worked extensively with corporate, construction, manufacturing and large-scale property businesses.
Holding qualifications in Risk Management and Occupational Health & Safety, Mark regularly shares his expertise with professional organisations, speaking on risk identification, assessment and management. In his role as Chief Technical Officer, he also leads Austbrokers Countrywide’s commitment to continuous professional development and technical excellence, ensuring clients benefit from advice and insights that extend beyond insurance placement alone.

With almost 20 years of experience across financial services and insurance, Andrew brings extensive expertise in growth strategy, relationship management and business development. He also leads the firm’s referral partner network, working collaboratively with brokers, partners and stakeholders to create long-term value. Throughout her career, Emma has been committed to creating workplace cultures where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. Her experience includes recruitment, talent development, performance coaching, and fostering collaborative, accountable, and caring teams.
A strong communicator and relationship builder, Emma values trusted partnerships with underwriters, stakeholders, and business partners, believing that open and genuine communication is the foundation of long-term success.
In her current role, she leads the Broker Support and Personal Lines teams, working closely with leaders and stakeholders to enhance processes, strengthen service delivery, and support broader business objectives. She also oversees talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring the hiring and onboarding experience is welcoming, efficient, and people-focused.
