Malcolm’s career spans more than 15 years working with insurers, followed by over 15+ years as an Insurance Broker. This experience has provided Malcolm with a strong understanding of both the insurer and client perspectives, allowing him to provide practical, well-informed insurance advice tailored to the needs of each business.

Believes good insurance advice starts with spending time with clients to listen and understand their business, before developing practical risk transfer solutions that are well researched and suited to the client’s needs.

Malcolm prides himself on providing clear, considered advice and delivering it in a timely manner. His goal is to build long-term relationships and become a trusted insurance adviser, rather than simply their insurance broker.
When a claim occurs, Malcolm works closely with the claims team to ensure clients are supported throughout the process. We advocate for our clients and help navigate the claims process to achieve the best possible outcome.
